Precision Omni-Directional Coverage

The AC6-250 is engineered with a center-fed architecture, which is critical for maintaining pattern symmetry. Unlike base-fed models that can suffer from pattern "tilt," this design ensures a true, distortion-free $360^{\circ}$ horizontal radiation pattern. The internal array consists of large-diameter brass radiating elements stacked vertically and fed in phase to achieve a 6 dBd (8.15 dBi) gain, focusing signal energy into a 20-degree vertical beam-width for optimal horizon reach.

Tactical Structural Hardening

The antenna is constructed from high-class brass and 6063T6 ultra-corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy. All junctions are fully welded to prevent RF inter-modulation and antenna is completely protected within a high-tech ruggedized radome to ensure survivability in the worst environments. The compact size of fiber glass collinear antenna allows easy handling and shipping.

Constructions: The AC6-250 is a center fed design which eliminates the distortion of the radiation pattern and ensures a true omni-directional horizontal pattern. The special stub matching is used for smooth VSWR and constant gain over the specified frequency band. The collinear antenna consist of large diameter brass radiating elements stacked vertically, fed in phase and enclosed in fiber glass tube. The antenna termination is enclosed at bottom of the antenna for complete weather protection. The marine grade stainless steel mounting hardware is supplied with the antenna.
