The JC10-2450 is a professional-grade, High Gain RCIED Jammer Collinear Antenna specifically engineered for the 2400–2500 MHz spectrum. Delivering a potent 10 dBi gain, this tactical aperture is optimized for neutralizing Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (RCIEDs) and disrupting high-speed data links within the critical 2.4 GHz ISM band. Featuring a rugged fiberglass radome and a standardized NATO mounting interface, the JC10-2450 is designed for persistent electronic protection on military vehicles, man-packs, and fixed-site base stations.

Design: Precision 2.4 GHz Spectrum Dominance

The JC10-2450 is optimized for mission-critical electronic attack hubs that require a focused "Denial Zone" around a moving vehicle or man-pack operator. By utilizing vertically stacked high-quality brass radiating elements fed in-phase, the antenna compresses the vertical beamwidth to a narrow 9 degrees. This concentration of RF energy on the horizon provides a massive 10 dBi gain, significantly extending the effective jamming radius against modern Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and drone control triggers.

Construction: MIL-SPEC Tactical Hardening

Built for the rigors of frontline maneuvers, the antenna is fully enclosed in a high-strength Cylindrical Fiberglass Radome (44 mm diameter). This enclosure offers superior RF transparency while providing the mechanical robustness required to withstand physical impact, UV radiation, and heavy ice accumulation. The support structure is crafted from 6063T6 ultra-corrosion resistant architectural aluminum alloy, and all mounting fasteners are made of stainless steel. Finished in Military Olive Green, the antenna maintains a low visual signature while resisting salt fog and corrosive gases.

Key Technical Characteristics

  • Powerful 10 dBi Gain: Provides elite-level signal saturation for terrestrial electronic warfare missions.
  • Narrow 9° Vertical Beam: Precision energy focusing toward the horizon to maximize effective standoff range.
  • High Power Capacity: Rated for 200 Watts of continuous-duty RF transmission.
  • NATO Interface Ready: Standard NATO 4-hole pattern base for rapid "bolt-on" installation on armored vehicles and command hubs.
  • Modular Versatility: Supports vehicle side-mounting, base station pole mounting, or direct man-pack equipment integration.
  • Advanced Feed Technique: Utilizes co-axial stub and spark gap technology for smooth VSWR (2:1) across the entire band without field tuning.
  • Lightweight & Rugged: Weighs approximately 1.5 Kgs with a 1.0-meter length, making it ideal for mobile tactical use.

Key Advantages

  • Extended Denial Radius: The 10 dBi gain ensures a much larger protective "bubble" compared to standard low-gain whips.
  • Energy Efficiency: By focusing energy on the horizon (9° beam), it prevents power wastage in the sky, delivering maximum impact to ground-based and low-altitude threats.
  • Battlefield Survivability: Constructed from 6063T6 aluminum and fiberglass to survive high-speed tactical maneuvers and harsh climates.
  • Zero-Maintenance Design: Factory-tuned architecture requires no periodic calibration or field adjustments.

Key Applications

  • RCIED Defeat (2.4 GHz): Primary defense against improvised devices utilizing commercial Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or ISM band remote triggers.
  • Counter-UAS (C-UAS): Specifically designed to disrupt 2.4 GHz UAV command, control, and video telemetry links.
  • Convoy Electronic Protection: Provides a high-power electronic shield for mobile tactical units and VIP motorcades.
  • Tactical Communication Denial: High-intensity jamming of adversary high-speed mesh radios and wireless C2 nodes.
  • SIGINT / Monitoring: Used as a high-gain discovery antenna for intercepting weak signals or scanning the 2.4 GHz spectrum.

Design Features : The JC10-2450 RCIED Jammer Collinear Antenna is rugged all weather model, enclosed in a Fiber Glass enclosure, uses 6063T6 ultra corrosion resistant architectural aluminum alloy and high quality brass radiating elements. The high gain RCIED jammer collinear antenna does not require any field tuning or adjustments. This fiber glass jammer collinear antenna is specially designed to mount on the side of the vehicle with the help of “L” type bracket or on the roof-top hole of the vehicle. Similarly the antenna can also be supplied with pole mounting hardware (optional).

Constructions:The special co-axial stub and spark gap techniques are used for smooth VSWR and constant 10dBi. gain over entire 2400 - 2500 MHz frequency band. The JC10-2450 high gain jammer collinear antenna consists of large diameter brass radiating elements stacked vertically, fed in-phase and enclosed in fiber glass housing. The Fiber Glass has excellent transparency for Radio Signal and mechanically Robust to support extra mechanical strength to the jammer collinear antenna. The antenna can also be supplied with olive green colour for defense application.
