| JCS4-2025 | RCIED Jammer Omni Antenna | 2000-2500MHz | 4 dBi |
The JCS4-2025 is a high-performance, Broadband Vehicular Mount Omni-Directional Jammer Collinear Antenna specifically engineered for the 2000–2500 MHz spectrum. This ruggedized S-band aperture is designed for mission-critical Electronic Warfare (EW) applications, including RCIED defeat and the disruption of modern high-speed data links. Featuring a compact 600 mm profile and a spring-loaded NATO mounting base, it offers an ideal balance of gain, durability, and tactical mobility for armored vehicle platforms.
Design: Compact S-Band Tactical Dominance
The JCS4-2025 is optimized for "On-The-Move" (OTM) missions where space and physical profile are critical constraints.
- In-Phase Collinear Array: Multiple radiating elements are stacked in-phase within the upper 250 mm portion of the antenna. This design ensures a smooth VSWR of better than 2.0:1 and constant gain across the entire 500 MHz bandwidth.
- Optimized Radiation Pattern: A 36 dBi vertical beamwidth provides a wide effective "denial bubble," ensuring consistent coverage against ground-based and low-altitude threats regardless of vehicle pitch.
- Spring-Loaded Resilience: The antenna features a heavy-duty stainless steel spring at its base, allowing the 600 mm array to flex under impact from low-hanging obstacles or during intense off-road maneuvers.
Construction: Extreme MIL-SPEC Hardening
Built for 24/7 survivability in the most punishing environmental theaters.
- Aerospace-Grade Materials: Constructed using 6063T6 ultra-corrosion resistant aluminum alloy and finished with an epoxy-based powder coating in Military Green or Tan Brown for maximum UV and salt-fog protection.
- Ruggedized Enclosure: The radiating core is protected by a high-strength ABS radome (45 mm diameter). This material provides excellent RF transparency while maintaining the mechanical robustness required for combat environments.
- Weather-Shielded Feed: The N-Female termination is located at the bottom of the NATO mounting flange, protecting the RF connection from moisture, sand, and dust ingress.
Key Technical Characteristics
- High Reliability: Features an impressive MTBF of 40,000 Hours, ensuring persistent protection for long-duration deployments.
- Ultra-Wideband Performance: Single-point feed covering the full 2000–2500 MHz range without field tuning.
- Unified NATO Integration: Standard NATO 4-hole mounting pattern allows for immediate installation on armored personnel carriers and command hubs.
- Environmental Superiority: Compliant with extensive MIL-STD-810F protocols, including Bouncing Transit (514.5) and Solar Radiation (505.4).
- Workmanship Excellence: Manufactured according to IPC-610 standards to ensure structural and electrical integrity.
EW, SIGINT & Monitoring Compatibility
- Electronic Warfare (EW): Primary tool for RCIED (Remote Controlled IED) defeat and high-power signal denial in the S-band.
- Signals Intelligence (SIGINT): The clean noise floor and stable VSWR allow for high-speed spectrum scanning and intercept of microwave tactical links.
- Persistent Monitoring: The 360-degree horizontal coverage acts as a persistent electronic "tripwire" for theater awareness.
Global Compliances & MIL-STD Hardening
The JCS4-2025 is one of the most rigorously tested vehicular antennas in its class:
| Standard | Test Method | Tactical Environmental Resilience |
|---|---|---|
| Bouncing Transit | Method 514.5 | Survival during high-intensity off-road vehicle transport. |
| Solar Radiation | Method 505.4 | UV protection against radome degradation in desert heat. |
| Salt Fog / Rain | Method 509.4 / 506.4 | Marine-grade resistance to corrosive littoral environments. |
| Sand & Dust | Method 510.4 | Sealed against ingress in arid, high-particulate theaters. |
| Mold & Fungi | Method 508.5 | Protected against organic growth in tropical humidity. |
| ESD Protection | MIL-STD-1686C | Hardened against electrostatic discharge and lightning surge. |
Key Applications
- RCIED Defeat: Mobile jamming to neutralize remote triggers and protect tactical convoys.
- Counter-UAS (C-UAS): Focused denial of drone command and video telemetry links in the 2.4 GHz band.
- Tactical Communications: Wideband antenna for modern microwave tactical networking.
- Search & Discovery: High-fidelity monitoring for SIGINT and spectrum surveillance units.
Design Features : The JCS4-2025 broadband vehicular mount jammer collinear antenna is rugged all weather model, enclosed in a ABS radome, uses 6063T6 ultra corrosion resistant aluminum alloy and does not require any field tuning or adjustments. The support pipe and mounting flange are supplied with powder coating finish to protect it further from severe environmental conditions. The compact size of omni-directional antenna allows easy handling, shipping and highly suitable for transmitting, monitoring, scanning and Jamming application without having the requirement of multiple antennas. Cylindrical enclosure is used for low wind loading and for minimal effect of ice formation on the antenna operation as well as providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Multiple radiating elements are located at upper 250 mm portion of the antenna which are stacked in phase.
