| JCM6-1820 | Manpack Jammer Antenna | 1800-2000MHz | 6 dBi. |
The JCM6-1820 is a professional-grade High Gain Manpack Jammer Collinear Antenna specifically engineered to cover the 1800–2000 MHz spectrum. This specialized aperture provides unified coverage for both GSM 1800 and CDMA 1900 bands, making it a critical asset for dismounted Electronic Warfare (EW) teams. By delivering a potent 6 dBi gain in a compact 400 mm form factor, it establishes a high-intensity electronic "safety bubble" to neutralize cellular triggers and tactical communication links.
Design: High-Efficiency Band Mastery & Tactical Mobility
The JCM6-1820 is engineered for operators who require "zero-gap" protection across the primary 1.8 GHz and 1.9 GHz cellular bands.
- Unified GSM & CDMA Coverage: Optimized for the 1800–2000 MHz range, this antenna eliminates the need for multiple whips. It ensures a consistent "denial disc" against a wide variety of cellular-based triggers and data links.
- Superior 6 dBi Omni Gain: Achieving 6 dBi in a 400 mm portable configuration allows for a significant expansion of the protection perimeter. This gain level focus RF energy horizontally to establish a dominant Jamming-to-Signal (J/S) ratio.
- Balanced 40° Vertical Beamwidth: The antenna compresses its signal into a 40-degree vertical beam. This ensures that the 50W of transmitter power is directed toward the horizon, while remaining wide enough to be effective on uneven terrain where the operator's pack may shift.
- Direct N-Male Integration: The antenna mounts directly onto the equipment's RF port. For high-mobility missions, the JCM6-1820-S version features an integrated spring base to absorb mechanical shocks.
Construction: Combat-Tier Hardening
Built to survive the mechanical rigors of dismounted maneuvers and extreme environmental stress.
- Ultra-Compact & Agile: At only 400 mm (15.7 inches) and 400 grams, it minimizes physical fatigue and snagging risks during long-duration foot patrols.
- Rugged ABS Radome: Internal elements are protected by a 32 mm diameter ABS radome. This housing is UV-stabilized, providing 100% RF transparency while shielding the internal brass architecture from ice, sand, and moisture.
- MIL-Grade Resilience: Finished in tactical Olive Green, the antenna is designed to remain operational in temperatures from -30°C to +70°C.
Technical Features
- Targeted 1800–2000 MHz Coverage: Unified solution for GSM and CDMA band denial.
- High-Efficiency 6 dBi Gain: Significantly expands the jamming perimeter over standard whips.
- 50W RF Power Handling: Robust enough for continuous-duty portable EW operations.
- Direct N-Male Mounting: No cables or adapters required for immediate tactical deployment.
- Superior VSWR (2:1): Protects portable transmitters from reflected power damage.
- Ultra-Corrosion Resistant: Built with 6063T6 aluminum alloy and high-quality brass.
Design Features:The JCM6-1820 Jammer manpack collinear antenna is rugged all weather model, enclosed in a ABS radome, uses high quality brass radiating elements and does not require any field tuning or adjustments. The compact size of omni-directional antenna allows easy handling, shipping and highly suitable for transmitting, receiving GSM/CDMS bands without having the requirement of multiple antennas. Cylindrical enclosure is used for low wind loading and for minimal effect of ice formation on the antenna operation as well as providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
