Installation Note
The antenna comes standard with 3.5 meters of RG-58 cable. However, since the AVM-75 can handle up to 250 Watts, if you plan on running high power over a longer cable distance, you might consider swapping the standard RG-58 for LMR-240 or LMR-400 to reduce line loss.
Design Features: The AVM -75 VHF lower band vehicle mount antenna is all brass antenna uses base loading technique for smooth impedance matching. Air-cored base loading coil keeps the losses to minimum.
Constructions: This Whip Mobile Antenna comes with a 3.5 Meter long RG-58 Coaxial Cable with N-Male Connector. The customized length of cable and connector can be supplied on request.
Mounting: The AVM-75 vehicle mount antenna can be mounted either roof of the vehicle or on the side of vehilcle usuing the "L" type bracket, supplied with the antenna.
