Under this policy outlines our core commitments to sustainable manufacturing, safe workplace practices, and strict regulatory compliance across all our RF product lines.

Occupational Health and Workplace Safety

The production of specialized communication equipment, ranging from heavy-duty Grid Parabolic structures to tactical Manpack antennas, involves complex manufacturing and testing processes. We prioritize a zero-harm workplace through the following initiatives:

Risk Mitigation: We conduct regular risk assessments across all fabrication, assembly, and testing facilities to identify and eliminate occupational hazards.
RF Safety Protocols: We maintain strict safety perimeters and exposure monitoring during the high-power testing of jammers, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) systems to ensure personnel safety from electromagnetic radiation.
Safety Training: All personnel receive mandatory, role-specific safety training, encompassing the safe handling of materials, operation of heavy machinery, and emergency response procedures.
Continuous Monitoring: We utilize an incident reporting and investigation system to track near-misses and ensure swift corrective actions, aligning our operations with ISO 45001 occupational health and safety standards.

Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability

Pollution Prevention: We actively work to reduce emissions, minimize waste generation, and prevent the release of hazardous substances into the air, water, or soil during the manufacturing of our coaxial dipole, helical, and Yagi antennas.

Product Compliance and Material Safety

RoHS Compliance: We restrict the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products, ensuring our antennas meet the Restriction of Hazardous Substances directive.
REACH Conformity: We manage the risks associated with chemicals and provide transparent information regarding the substances used in our manufacturing processes, adhering to the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals regulation.
WEEE Directive: We design our products with end-of-life disposal in mind, supporting the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment directive to promote recycling and recovery.
