How To Order: International & Domestic Sales

Antenna Experts is a global leader in RF technology, with installations in over 60 countries across all seven continents—from the Sahara Desert to Antarctica. We provide direct factory-to-customer sales to ensure the highest level of technical support and competitive pricing.

1. Direct Sales & Distribution

  • Direct Purchasing: We do not appoint exclusive distributors. Every customer is free to purchase directly from our manufacturing facility.
  • Local Suppliers: If you are unable to buy directly due to local procurement regulations, we have non-exclusive representatives in the USA, EU, Israel, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and more.

2. Order Requirements (MOQ & MOV)

  • International Orders: Minimum Order Value (MOV) is US$ 5,000 (excluding freight).
  • Domestic (India) Orders: Minimum Order Value is INR 1 Million (excluding GST and freight).
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Certain products have an MOQ ranging from 2 to 5 units. Please inquire about specific product requirements.

3. Placing Your Order

All Purchase Orders (PO) must be submitted in writing.

  • Format: Send a signed scan of your PO in PDF format via email. No hard copies via post or fax are required.
  • Address To: Antenna Experts, C-34, Roshan Vihar, Phase 1, New Delhi 110043, India.
  • Mandatory Details: * PO Number: Numeric or alpha-numeric (2–16 characters).
    • Part Numbers: Use the exact Part Number listed on our website.
    • Frequency Tuning: For specific-frequency antennas, you must state the Transmit (Tx) and Receive (Rx) frequencies in writing on the PO.

4. Lead Times & Manufacturing

  • Stock Items: Dispatched within 3–5 working days. During this time, items undergo final testing against published specifications, and hard-copy test reports are prepared.
  • Non-Stock Items: Typical lead time is 3–4 weeks after receipt of order (ARO).
  • Custom/Ordered Items: Manufacturing typically takes 2–3 working weeks. A confirmed dispatch date will be provided within 72 hours of order receipt.
  • Priority Service: We offer an Expedited Manufacturing Service for urgent requirements for an additional fee.

5. Payment Terms

  • Method: Payment is accepted via Wire Transfer (T/T) only.
  • Regulatory Note: Per government regulations for exported goods, we cannot accept Credit Cards, PayPal, or Western Union for direct sales.
  • Agent Exception: Customers purchasing through local representatives may use other methods (Credit Card, Cheque) as allowed by their local laws.

6. Shipping & Logistics

  • Carriers: We ship globally via FedEx, DHL, and UPS at competitive negotiated rates.
  • Required Info: A full street address (no P.O. Boxes), postal code, and a contact person’s name/telephone number are mandatory for the Air Waybill (AWB).
  • Customer Accounts: You may nominate your own freight carrier or provide your own FedEx/DHL/UPS account number for shipping.
  • Check Upon Arrival: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect goods before signing the delivery docket. Any damage or missing items must be noted on the docket to remain eligible for insurance claims.

8. Warranty & Compliance

  • Warranty Period: * Military Products: 1 Year from date of invoice.
    • Non-Military Products: 2 Years from date of invoice.
  • Coverage: Free replacement/repair of defects in materials or workmanship. The buyer pays return freight to us; Antenna Experts pays the freight for the replacement/repaired part back to the buyer.
  • Compliance Standards: * ISO Certified: 9001, 14001, 18001.
    • Product Standards: MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461E/F, IP67, CE, RoHS, REACH, and WEEE compliant.
    • NATO: NCAGE code and Nato Stock Number (NSN) are available for various products. 
    • Documentation: CoC (Certificate of Conformity) and CoO (Certificate of Origin) available upon request.
