Warranty Policy & Product Guarantees
At Antenna Experts, we stand behind the engineering, durability, and performance of every communication solution we deliver. Our products are built to survive the world's harshest environments, and our warranty policy reflects our commitment to high-quality, fail-safe equipment.
Warranty Periods
We provide specific coverage durations based on the product category, starting from the date of shipment from our facility:
- Standard Products: Warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of (2) two years.
- Defense Products: Warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) one year.
Note: Antenna Experts is not responsible for any dismantling, removal, or reinstallation charges associated with warranty claims.
What the Warranty Covers
If a manufacturing defect is identified within the applicable warranty period, Antenna Experts will repair or replace the defective part(s) free of cost.
- Priority Fulfillment: We grant the highest priority to replacement shipments to minimize your project downtime.
- Shipping Terms: The customer is responsible for shipping the defective unit to our facility. Antenna Experts will cover the return and replacement freight costs using a carrier of our choice.
- Design Evolution: We reserve the right to modify product designs or change specifications without notice or obligation to purchasers of previously manufactured equipment.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is strictly limited to the original purchaser and does not cover damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from:
- Improper Installation: Failure to follow standard operating procedures, improper mounting, mast failure, or incorrect cable termination.
- Environmental Extremes: Exposure to conditions exceeding the product’s specified environmental or military-standard (MIL-STD) ratings.
- Acts of Nature: Lightning strikes, severe weather anomalies, earthquakes, floods, or other force majeure events.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any repair, alteration, or customization performed by personnel not authorized by Antenna Experts.
- Overpowering: Damage caused by applying RF power exceeding the maximum rated handling capacity.
- Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic degradation (such as fading of finishes) that does not impact operational performance.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process
To initiate a claim, please follow our streamlined RMA procedure:
- Contact Support: Email ts@antennaexperts.in with a detailed description of the issue, the product model, and the original invoice/serial number.
- Obtain an RMA Number: If the issue falls under warranty, you will be issued an RMA Number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- Shipping: Package the equipment securely (include a copy of the original receipt and a description of the defect) and ship it to our facility at your expense.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antenna Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of communications, or damage to associated transmission or receiving equipment.
